Cache responsiveness updates

We identified that, under certain high traffic conditions, Magnolia had some cache responsiveness issues. We’ve addressed this in the 5.9.17 release of our Cache module which is bundled with Magnolia 6.2.52.

We recommend upgrading and using 6.2.52 to ensure your Magnolia setup has optimal cache responsiveness.
