Release notes for Magnolia CMS 6.2.63

Magnolia 6.2.63 fixes scheduled page publishing during downtime, prevents ItemNotFoundException on node deletion before approval, and resolves concurrency conflicts by synchronizing WorkItemInfo persistence.

It adds dynamic crawling of published pages, a progress bar for multiple asset uploads, and default access to component variants in the author environment. javax.jcr.Value decoration now supports HTML escaping for enhanced security.

`AuditLoggingManager` implementation cannot be overridden

MAGNOLIA-9688 introduces a warning to indicate that the AuditLoggingManager implementation cannot be overridden by other modules. To interact with audit logging events, use event listeners instead of attempting to modify the implementation directly.
