JNDI disabled by default

To use JNDI, set the system property jackrabbit.jndi.enabled to true.

export JAVA_OPTS="$JAVA_OPTS -Djackrabbit.jndi.enabled=true"
If you enable JNDI, configure repository registration and lookup through JNDI with configuration values. Avoid using user-supplied values because they pose a security risk.
