The Cloudinary External DAM module lets you store assets in Cloudinary while using them in Magnolia. You can edit images, tags, metadata and more - all in one place as well:

  • Upload or download assets to and from Cloudinary directly from Magnolia.

  • Browse and preview assets in Magnolia.

  • Filter assets using the column filters in Magnolia.

  • Edit key information for assets, such as the name or description where changes are automatically stored in Cloudinary.

  • Edit images using the Magnolia Assets.

  • Delete items from Magnolia.

Cloudinary provides a number of rich features such as transforming and optimizing assets so that your assets are beautifully displayed on all screen types and sizes. It provides secure and scalable storage as well so you can maintain your assets as they grow. Leveraging Cloudinary’s power directly in Magnolia is an optimal workflow and the Cloudinary External DAM module allows you to do just that.

In fact, if you install the Media Widget, you can use the Cloudinary interface directly from within Magnolia.
